For star connection 
Phase voltage = V / square root of 3
Vp = 415/1.73 = 240 Volts
Phase current  = 240/100 = 2.4 Amp
In star connection phase current is equal to line current = 2.4 Amp
Power consumption = I^2R ×3 = 2.4×2.4×100×3 = 1728 Watt
